    HEIGHT/WEIGHT/AGE

    5-foot-10

    200 pounds

    20 years old

    BIG PICTURE

The son of two Nigerian sprinters, Noah Igbinoghene spent three seasons as a kick returner and two as an outside corner at Auburn. The former wide receiver finished his career with two return TDs on special teams and just one interception on defense, though his coverage skills turned heads. Didn't have quite the junior year pundits were expecting but still shapes up as a Day 2 pick.

    COMBINE NOTABLES

    4.48 40-yard dash

    15 bench reps

    37-inch vertical (7th)

    128-inch broad jump (T-7th)

    VIKINGS' COMPATIBILITY RANKING

4 out of 5. The Vikings have proven in recent years they are OK taking corners on the smaller side. Igbinoghene's speed would be appealing to Mike Zimmer.

    HIGHLIGHTS

    WHAT DRAFT EXPERTS SAY

Lance Zierlein, NFL.com: "Stocky but explosive receiver-turned-cornerback whose play generates both intrigue and concern. He's extremely physical from snap to whistle with the strength to alter route timing from press. He's a good athlete with a plus burst to close. He's naturally aggressive to ambush catch tries. Staying in phase on the vertical plane is a challenge and pattern recognition is surprisingly average. Improvement is likely with more experience and technique, but playing with downfield poise is not guaranteed. He's good in run support and offers early special teams help as he continues to learn his craft."

Benjamin Solak, Draft Network: "Noah Igbinoghene is a Day 2 corner with a tricky evaluation. Igbinoghene is too raw to trust in man coverage at this time, and even his zone coverage has yet to reach its ceiling, as he continues to develop starter-level instincts and recognition. With that said, Igbinoghene’s blend of strength and flexibility is atypical for the position, and his linear explosiveness makes him an exciting off-cover prospect who could even have slot versatility. The ceiling isn’t even nearly scratched with Igbinoghene, but you should not rely on him to start in Year 1, unless you are comfortable with some growing pains."

    WHAT PFF SAYS

41.9% completion percentage allowed in 2018

25 forced incompletions over last two seasons
