Logan Wilson was an absolute box score stuffer at Wyoming after being a two-star recruit following high school. The three-year captain finished his four-year career with over 400 tackles, seven sacks, 10 interceptions and five forced fumbles. Wilson proved his worth as a blitzer and an improving coverage force. Has a decent athletic profile and proven durability. The fact that he turns 24 in July limits his ceiling, but he could likely thrive on special teams his first year on a team.

His play recognition, burst and lateral agility help him play faster than his timed speed and his fundamentals as a tackler are as good as you'll find in this draft. Wilson needs more consistency of approach at taking on blocks and it may take him a minute to adjust to NFL game speed. He should be a core special teams member early, but possesses the tangibles and intangibles to become a productive pro as an inside or SAM (strong-side) linebacker."
Joe Marino, Draft Network: "Wyoming linebacker Logan Wilson enters the NFL with monster production across four seasons in college, three coming as a team captain. He has the processing skills expected for such an experienced player where his key and diagnose ability shines. He’s physical, urgent and a standout tackler. While Wilson projects well to defending short zones and basic coverage drops, deeper drops and man coverage reps are missing from his tape. In addition, Wilson has good range and fluidity but the explosiveness of a true top talent at the position is lacking. Wilson has the upside of being a starting SAM or MIKE linebacker that provides quality play on the second level. At a minimum he should provide quality depth and special teams upside."
