A big, outside receiver, Kelvin Harmon, 22, overwhelmed ACC defenses with back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons as a sophomore and junior – the first Wolfpack to gain 1,000 yards since 2003. In Harmon, who was born in Liberia, teams will have another choice of a physically imposing presence in the passing game, which seems to characterize a number of the top wideout options. Harmon was top 20 nationally in receptions last year and compiled most of his yards catch by catch rather than via explosive plays. Had a 15-catch game against Wake Forest last season. Did not have a terrific combine but reportedly has all the right intangibles.

A polished product with great routes and exceptional ball skills, Harmon can dominate the middle of the field with his box-out ability and strong hands, while still winning vertically thanks to his contested catch ability and subtle physicality down the field.
