Jonah Jackson is a three-star recruit from Delaware that spent the majority of his collegiate career at Rutgers before transferring to in-conference foe Ohio State for his final year of eligibility. Jackson was tremendous with the lowly Scarlet Knights and just as effective with the conference champion Buckeyes, allowing just one sack in 2019 as their left guard to earn first-team All-Big Ten. He has experience playing all three interior positions and was a defensive tackle in high school. Merely average at the combine.

Lance Zierlein, NFL.com: "Guard/center prospect whose run-blocking and pass protection tape are polar opposites. He's not a natural bender and the hand placement is rough, making sustaining blocks a challenge. However, the narrow base as a drive blocker turns into a wide, balanced base in pass sets. He's a terrific processor of twists and blitzes who expedites his process and finds his work. If a team can improve the hands and body control they might have something, but he's more likely a backup option for teams targeting pass protection inside at guard or center."
Jordan Reid, Draft Network: "It’s rare to see offensive lineman transfer within the conference and go on to become a headliner of the their position group. That’s exactly what Jonah Jackson did in 2019. Exiting Rutgers and entering Columbus, he was a highly sought after target, but he was still forced to earn his keep and he did exactly that. Carrying over from the program, there are plenty of bad habits and tendencies associated with his game. Keeping his body in-sync and marrying the two parts together are the biggest area he must improve upon, but there will be plenty of interest in him as an early Day 3 selection who has the upside to be a depth piece early on into his career that may turn into a starter down the road."
