After showing improvement from his freshman to sophomore season at Iowa State, Hakeem Butler exploded as a junior with six 100-yard games, including a career-high 192 yards in Iowa State’s bowl game against Washington State. Butler is one of the big bodies in this receiver class but still demonstrated good speed at the combine. If he can solve the case of the drops that plagued him last year, he could be a special player that defenses will have to account for outside and in the slot.
Was raised with his cousins, former Kentucky basketball stars Aaron and Andrew Harrison, after his mother died of cancer.
