A three-year contributor as Ole Miss’s left tackle, Greg Little, 21, was a tremendous college pass blocker, combing big-time size with above-average athleticism. That athleticism didn’t play out at the Combine, however, as he turned in the second-slowest 40 time, though he made up for it with a nice broad jump.

Little began his career just after the news that his father, Derrick, had been tragically murdered. His remarkable three strong seasons thereafter could turn him into a feel-good first-round pick unless teams opt for more mobile options in Round 1.

    Size

    6-5, 310 pounds

    Combine notables

40-yard dash: 5.33 seconds (2nd slowest at position)

Broad jump: 113 inches (7th best at position)

    20-yard shuttle: 4.74 seconds

    What the analysts say

“Little possesses the important combination of size, length and quickness as a prototypical left tackle prospect. While he wasn't asked to do it much in 2018, he has the athletic ability to handle zone-blocking duties, which could suit his skill-set more than a physical rush attack. Little is a natural bender with good feet and pepper in his punch as blind-side protector, but his average anchor and inconsistent body control create some concern.” – Lance Zierlein, NFL.com

“Greg Little projects as a boom or bust prospect at the NFL level. Little shows flashes of natural athleticism, particularly for his size. Furthermore, Little's deep pass sets are effective with his length and foot quickness. But Little is super raw in his framing of blocks and footwork, he takes false steps and fails to roll through contact to create forward push with consistency in the run game. Little's effort is also of concern, he will need to be coached/motivated if he's going to be a starter.” – Kyle Crabbs, The Draft Network

    What PFF says

    -11th in pass-blocking efficiency

-8th in snaps per inside pressure allowed

-6th in snaps per outside pressure allowed
