When You play in LA the stars come out! The Timberwolves got a big victory against the LeBronless Lakers on Friday night and young Anthony Edwards got introduced to one of his big fans. Adam Sandler!
The video is cut so we can't tell if Malik Beasley also got some love or if he was just the unfortunate intro guy for Sandler's Edwards fandom but it's cool to see the young Timberwolves getting recognition from unique places. Here's to hoping somebody asks Edwards about the conversation because we would love to know what Sandler said.
The Timberwolves go for back-to-back victories in Los Angeles tonight as they take on the Clippers and who knows maybe Billy Crystal will steal a moment of Edwards time.
