This diminutive scatback out of North Carolina State might be one of the most versatile mid-round running backs. Hines was a track star in high school and carried that speed over to his college football career, where he was a three-year player for the Wolfpack.
Hines, 5-foot-9, 200 pounds, also lined up plenty as a receiver, making 89 catches in his three seasons. As a junior, he rushed for over 1,100 yards. And he averaged 24.7 yards on 88 career kickoff returns.
His 4.38 40-yard dash time was best amongst running backs at the combine.
