MLB - Washington Nationals/Baltimore Orioles Over 10 (-110): 6:05 PM CT on MASN
It’s more bad pitching from both teams in this game, and with how the offenses have been rolling for both clubs, it looks like another high-scoring affair tonight.
The Washington Nationals have been in a lot of really high-scoring games recently, with 9 of their past 13 going over this total and 7 of those seeing 14 or more runs scored. If that trend is going to continue, you couldn’t ask for a much better opponent than the Baltimore Orioles.
Their starter tonight, Jorge Lopez, owns a 7.04 ERA over June and July plus a ridiculously high .847 OPS against him on the season. The Nationals starting Patrick Corbin, won’t do much to prevent runs either. He has a 6.05 road ERA and the 8th-highest xFIP among major-league starters, plus the Orioles are the 3rd best hitting team against left-handed pitching.
I love this pitching matchup from an overs perspective, and with strong lineups in this game, I see another run-fest by these teams.
