    Locks

MLB - Mariners ML vs. Red Sox (+120): 6:10 PM CT

Who saw this coming? The Seattle Mariners have the best record in the American League and Boston Red Sox are in first place in the AL East. Wild times for sure.

Although both of these teams have been playing well, this pick is more about the pitching matchup. As a Twins fan, I know all too well who Martín Pérez is and this season has pretty much been typical for Pérez so far. He enters today’s action with a 5.93 ERA and is actually a favorite somehow according to Vegas.

Yusei Kikuchi is no Cy Young, but I’ll take the best team in the AL with plus odds all day against the struggling Pérez.

    Degenerates

NBA - Celtics +5.5 vs Nets (-110): 6:30 PM on ESPN

The Boston Celtics have been rolling the past couple of weeks and the Brooklyn Nets are dealing with a crazy amount of injuries. For those two reasons I just think the Celtics cover and probably win this game.

They also need the game more. They are trying to move up the Eastern Conference standings desperately to avoid the play-in tournament. I would lock this one but Boston is on a back-to-back. Regardless they should take care of business tonight on ESPN.

Tiny Nick is 230-146 ATS (+76.1 Units) on his Locks since joining Zone Coverage.

Every day he will offer his Locks and Degenerate picks. Locks are the games he's confident in. Degenerates are entertaining but riskier picks.
