I'm excited to watch this game live from the sportsbook in Vegas and expect to see the Wolves come out strong again. I was impressed with their start visiting a tough Nuggets team on Friday, and it gets a lot easier tonight.
The Wolves are now up to 4th in first-half scoring at 58.8 PPG. They should again dominate a Houston team allowing the most first-half points in the league and are 2nd-worst in average first-half margin.
The first two meetings this season saw the Wolves grab halftime leads of 21 and 27 points. Minnesota has to take advantage of such a weak opponent here in their playoff seeding push. I see that creating the motivation needed to stomp on the Rockets early.
