Purdue/Minnesota over 61: I believe this current number is being held down by uncertainty around Purdue QB Aidan O'Connell being able to play. If he can't go, backup Jack Plummer has plenty of experience from last season, including against Minnesota. Plus, if Rondale Moore finally suits up, the pitiful Gophers defense will have no answer.
I also think the Gophers offense from the Maryland and Illinois games will return tonight and trade scores with a Purdue team that loves to throw. The early sharp action on this total drove it up to 63, so this is an opportunity to get good closing line value that matches the open of 60.
