The timing of the CFL season is unfortunate. The summer-fall football league north of the border misses out on a lot of fringe football talent that is languishing on the bottom of NFL team's 90-man rosters. Ed Hervey, the GM of the defending Grey Cup champion Edmonton Eskimos, aired his grievances. Too bad.
